    The relationship

    We've completed geotechnical studies for more than 40 existing and new RaceTrac service stations across Florida, working directly with one of the largest fuel retailers in the Southeast.

  2. 02

    Renovation support

    Many existing stations are on the verge of full renovations. We provide the geotechnical testing needed for outdoor seating areas and building additions ahead of that work.

  3. 03

    New development

    For new builds, we complete preliminary site investigations and soil borings using truck-mounted and track-mounted rigs, then run laboratory testing and prepare the report.

  4. 04

    Engineering scope

    Preliminary short and long-term settlement analyses for building foundations, canopy foundation recommendations, UST foundation preparation, pavement section, and earthwork recommendations.
