Engineering for Florida Industrial Sites
Compliance work that does not stop production.

Environmental compliance and permitting
FDEP site assessment for petroleum contamination under Rule 62-770 and non-petroleum contamination under Rule 62- 780, monitoring well networks and the sampling programs your permit requires, and permitting and compliance monitoring for solid waste disposal and recycling facilities.
Subsurface investigation on an operating site
Foundation investigation for new equipment, tanks, and structures; settlement evaluation where existing foundations have moved; and sinkhole assessment where a depression has appeared. Our five rig types include low ground pressure and tight-access equipment that reaches locations a truck rig cannot, including inside buildings.
Common questions
Can you work on an operating facility?
Usually. The Wiley Nash investigation was done at an active water reclamation plant that stayed in service throughout. What matters is planning the boring locations and access around the operation rather than the other way round.
Do you handle the FDEP reporting as well as the sampling?
Yes. The assessment, the sampling, the laboratory coordination, and the reporting come from one firm, which is the point: a finding that arrives as part of one document is easier to act on than three reports that have to be reconciled.
What rigs can reach a constrained industrial site?
Five, and the choice depends on access. The mini track rig handles narrow access and finished surfaces, the tri-pod rig works where overhead clearance is limited including inside buildings, and the low ground pressure rig handles soft ground.
